Happiness

When we talk about happiness, what are we talking about? I mean, what's happiness to you, what do you think of when someone says happiness?

I think of general happiness as looking forward to things and being generally happy with what kind of person you are.

But there's a lot different kinds of happiness, I think. Like "omg this puppy is so soft and fluffy," "oh dang I look good in this," "I'm actually kind of cool," or "this gif is silly and made me laugh three times" sort of thing.

That's what I think of too. Taking any typical day of the week and feeling content with who you are, where you are, and what you're doing.

It's knowing who I am, what I am, and what I am capable of.

It's being at peace.

I guess lasting, meaningful happiness means that you can accept yourself, you value what you do, and you have relationships that let you connect to people on a deep level.
