i like my share of controversial characters but whatever

i don't mind people not liking the character, but you have to admit a lot of the hate Orihime gets is a biiiiiit over the top

well i personally dont know if it's fair of me to say YOU ignore things, maybe i do it myself with my faves but sometimes it seems that way in arguments

The writing does her no favours most of the time and I don't blame people for disliking her. There is fair criticism you can make about her characterization. But the over the top frothing at the mouth? I find it amusing, considering that Kubo has done so many other things that are way waaaaay worse.
