I don't know how they do either. I just gave up on it a bit after the Xcution arc and the asspull of not killing off Byakuya. Love him, but dude was a smear on the wall and should have died. Might have to check out Rukia's bankai. Only heard about it.

I was never super into the fandom and I mostly stayed in Orihime-friendly places, but I still saw the over the top hate she got. Between that and my interest in the manga gone, I just got out of the fandom. Haha, I wish I could do that for all my fandoms, since I'm a fan of a lot of hated characters but then I'd not have any fandoms left to be in.

Ouch, how bad is it in the Naruto fandom? Worse than Bleach fandom or about even?

I was so confused, I thought he died and then I saw he didn't??? Why can't Kubo revive Unohana?

I stay in my RukiHime corner and I'm happy.

Naruto fandom is just as bad though in my experience the hatred is split between Hinata and Sakura, instead of just one of them.

This is the same manga where Rangiku got most of her stomach blown out and Hiyori was damn near cut in half iirc. Yeah, I know I shouldn't be surprised that Byakuya survived, but it was set up like he was going to die. And he should have. Forever bitter about Unohana. Finally see her fight and then she dies.

I like the way you think. I was mostly in the IchiHime corner myself but RukiHime is fucking fantastic. Fave pairing is probably Byakuya/Orihime now. I ship that girl with everyone.

I've seen that Sakura hate. Not so much the Hinata hate though, I always thought she was pretty popular. That sucks.

Yeah, I think I more or less stopped checking for updates when Unohana was killed. Shame.

Both Hinata and Sakura get a lot of hate and 90% of the time is due to shipping. Sakura usually gets more because she has more screentime, though. :/

Same. It didn't help that outside of a handful of Shinigami, I don't really care for them. And after realizing that Orihime and Chad wouldn't do anything of importance ever again, I just gave up.

It has some super cute fanart! Wish there was more though. There will never be enough RukiHime.

I see a lot of complaints about how useless Sakura is. And I'm like, why does no one else in this manga get shit for being useless? Because when it comes down to it, Naruto and Sasule are the only ones doing anything. Even Kakashi is pretty damn useless now.

I love both Sakura and Hints so hearing this saddens me.

Not enough femslash in this fandom istg. It's like finding a unicorn.

Sakura is expected to be as good as Naruto/Sasuke when she's not the chosen one of anything or reincarnated from anybody.

They are both amazing it's a shame they get stuck with such a bad writer.

Remember when it looked like Chad was going to finally be important and nothing came of it? So do I and I'm forever bitter about it.

I know, right? There's a decent amount of Yoruichi/Soifon, but there's hardly any Orihime/Tatsuki or Orihime/Rangiku. Or Isane/Unohana. Souch potential for femslash in this series.

I've my complaints with how Kishimoti has handlef her character, but it bugs me that she alone is singled out for being useless when pretty much everyone in this manga could be considered useless at this point in time.

It is a damn shame. If only they were in the hands of a more skilled writer.
