This is why I no longer facebook. There's nothing quite like seeing how well everyone else is doing to really reinforce how shitty things are.

It was twitter, and I already muted that friend's tweets for that reason (I like them, I really do, but I just couldn't deal with it). But then other friends kept congratulating them and I couldn't block it out anymore. I don't want to resent any of them, especially my best friend who keeps teeling me how stressful their job was, how much they worked again and even though I'm very sure they don't mean anything by it, I always feel like they're saying "unlike you, I have a job and make money" at the same time.
