Re: Would you stop being friends with someone because of their political views?

I probably wouldn't...mostly because: how else am I supposed to change their mind? As long as we're in contact and they listen to me in at least some capacity, I stand a chance of changing their mind on the issue. A slim chance, sure, but still a chance. I definitely won't, though, if I'm no longer friends with them.

This isn't an issue I've had to directly confront, yet, though. Mostly because people usually stop being friends with me because of my political views before I can consider stopping being friends with them.
