I like easy food. On account of being a terrible cook.

I am not the best cook either. That's why I like this recipe. It's hard to mess up. Just use good olive oil. And when you eat the leaves of the artichoke, you don't eat it whole. Just scrape it with you teeth. Until you get to the heart. Then you go for it. Plus, it tastes fantastic dipped in a little mayo.

It's like snack food but good for you.
