Yeah, I'm usually really surprised at all the hate Cersei gets from show watchers considering she hasn't even done anything that bad and is portrayed way more sympathetically. Then again, this fandom has an embarrassingly stupid habit of blindly hating any character who's mean to fan favorites like Tyrion and the Starks.

Even if this was said in jest, I tend to agree that this probably set everyone hating her from the get-go. Never mind the incest/Bran crippling. Pretty extreme first impressions.
