>I draw fanart in a fandom with lots of fans with majors in animation or design or are professional artists.

But...almost every fandom has top tier artists? How about you just /don't/ compare yourself to professional artists, then? imo, that's a bit arrogant. Recognize the level your fanart is at and accept it as it is. There are lots of non-professional artists to fandom-around with.

Don't try to improve.
Just accept the level that you're clearly not comfortable with.
You lowly little non-professional peasant, you.

Know your place.

Lmao, where did I ever say not to improve?

Fandom is a huge place with lots of amateur and professional artists, so it's fucking annoying and stupid to have amateurs self-flagellating themselves all the time.

Recognize you're an amateur. If you accept that your work won't be top notch all the time only then you'll be able to make more content and won't be as afraid of people judging it. Recognize great artists have started out shitty too. Make work, be unafraid of posting it, and stop moaning that you're not the best.
