German language question

Is it acceptable to title something with just the single word "Möglichkeiten" or do I need to preface that with a "die"?

(I know in English one could title a story either "The Possibilities" or "Possibilities," but I prefer not to assume that's the case in German and thus do something that's grammatically incorrect.)

Both are possible. Just as in English the one without the article is more general, while the one with the article is more specific, though. But both are definitly possible.
