On my blog, I talk down my own art a lot of the time.

I know what I could do better, what I couldn't do better, what I wish I had done better, and what I'm actually happy with. And I end up telling people about it.

I'm trying not to do that now, but I'm still really unhappy with my own work a lot of the time, and unhappy with myself for having a poor work ethic, and it comes out.
