Why would your example be N!S'd in a second?

Considering the fandom is Wandering Son, I think it counts.

"I liked this totally normal part of the story" isn't a valid secret is it? The vast majority of the audience probably also liked it and it was intended to elicit a positive reaction, so there's no reason for it to be kept secret, right?

I can't start deciding N!S on whether someone "should" keep something a secret or not. If it's a secret to them, I'm going to assume it's a secret for a reason.

If we're basing it whether or not I personally would keep something a secret, we'd have pretty much nothing that counts. Why would you keep 2 a secret? or 4? or 5?

One of those characters who ultimately identified as female is biologically female and had previously identified as male. I don't read the manga, so I have no opinion on whether it was done well or badly, but some of the stuff people said about it is enough to blister your face off.
