Re: have you ever visited a foreign country? what was your impression

I've visited a lot of them. I think my parents are to blame for my wanderlust, initially, as they dragged me along to a lot of places as a child.

Really in my experience the real differences happen when you cross continents. As a child, I thought say, Germany was very different from Belgium, but once I visited the USA and India I only found those differences minor.

But, I love travel. Architecture is one of those things that can really differ and amaze you, even in places that are relatively close to you.
