I actually liked it too. The other thing is that it had always bugged me that he didn't seem to have much of a reaction to the crap in his world - I mean, he hated Draco and he had a saving people thing, but in the grand scheme of things, it was "oh, some crazy guy's supposed to want me dead, oh well, I'll just sneak to Hogsmeade anyway!" etc. Suddenly the guy's pissed at his fucked up world. About time.

But then, I'd also always side-eyed the MoM, so I might have been glad I was right about that one, too. (I dunno, they'd bothered me since the second book.)
