Maybe on a very superficial level, but one is about giving information, whereas the other is about preventing someone from having a panic attack. Bookstores aren't organized by genre to warn people, but so that people know where to go to find what they're looking for.

Mostly the same, just different wording. Same end result - someone can blacklist the term and not see the content.
