Another idea is an American Revolution coffee shop AU. G. Washington owns the place but can't get his managers to stop fighting, Franklin keeps writing the Coffee Shop Magazine on Kindle, which has dirt on everybody, and nobody listens to John Adams. Meanwhile, the British Cafe down the street is descending into madness. Eventually the Americans partner with the French Bakery to produce some delicious pastries to sell in the shop.
