Depends who you want to keep around, really. Some people need a lot of it and that can be difficult to deal with, but most people who tag for triggers, content warnings, or whatever do common ones, whatever their friends need, and whatever they're asked to, which doesn't add up to that much unless they're popular or something.

But I agree it's a courtesy afforded, it's just your decision who you want to afford it to.
