I get where you're coming from, because I too am not a fan of spiders, but hear me out. I've recently come to appreciate them.

They eat all of the other bugs, you see. Since I stopped killing/evicting the spiders in my house, the amount of other bugs that I have to deal with has noticeably decreased. And I hardly ever see the spiders! They're just off, out of sight, exterminating pests for me, the dears.

So, OP, just think of it this way: that spider is now gonna get to work killing flies, mosquitoes, and all manner of creepy crawlies for you. It's the start of a beautiful, mutually fulfilling relationship.
