Hoping my dad will get back to me about letting me borrow the lawn mower so I can do something about my yard. Also hoping my sister-in-law is in a photography mood, since I didn't get any pics of my WHOLE new costume at the con last weekend. (I left off a few pieces, and even the pics I got with the partial costume are awesome, so I reeeeeeally want to take pics with the whole thing on!)

Also kinda tempted to drive down to the Chicago area for SoyCon on Sunday. I've never been, but it sounds like lowkey, non-stressful, inexpensive fun.

You could bribe your sister-in-law? I don't know how though.

Also, blecccchhhhhh I hate mowing the lawn. We had a push mower so it was miserable when I had to do it as a kid.

Already bribed her by making her a costume for her to wear to the con last weekend. ;) She actually likes photography, and was wanting to take pics of my costume last weekend, but since I was missing parts of it and feeling like crap (long story, I ran into construction on the way there and THEN got lost for a couple hours on top of that) by the time we actually found each other at the con, I was like ".... Let's do that some other time closer to home."

I actually liked the push mower my girlfriend and I got just fine, as long as it got done regularly... except that she never helped with it, and since she was the one who insisted we get a push mower, I would insist she had to help, and therefore it never got mowed unless I did it... Dad's self-propelled mower is pretty easy by comparison, so I don't mind it at all. =)
