It's not one of her better pieces IMO. There's tons of better stuff on Google, and some of it had to have taken a lot of work even if it is Photoshopped.

I disagree.

That still requires quite some skill to pull it out, and I think it looks pretty well. I do wonder what kind of art you would not consider shitty, just to draw a comparison.

Yeah, it looks super messy. Just because you can color well doesn't mean it's good art.

I've seen art by 12-years-olds that has more 'soul' than that.

Agreed, it looks blatantly like a Photoshopped photo to me.
