Really? I think the new Spider-Man movies are way more compatible with the MCU than the old ones. They rely more on technology (his webspinners being made by Peter) as opposed to voodoo science (his web coming from his actual body).

I mean in terms of tone, not content. I don't think the old Spider-Man movies are compatible either -- but then, I've always preferred Spider-Man to be in his own little world or crossed over with only other low-level heroes, not giant teams.

Neither are really compatible, so it's a good thing they aren't included. Also, on a fandom note, I don't need any more inspiration for that weird Superfamily thing in the MCU fandom (it's died out some, thankfully, but I'm not counting my blessings quite yet.)
