The study anon was referring to is from Northwestern University School of Law, and it's ranked the 11th best grad school in the country. All bets are off about the motivation for the study, but the report itself is relatively short and talks about a correlation at least between access to porn and rape statistics.

if i get to make a guess on that i'm going to go with less stigma and shame about sex leads to less rape and more porn
