IC tweeting, when done with other IC Twitter accounts, is tons of fun. I can't imagine using it to ICly talk to RL/non-roleplaying people.

Never done IC tweeting myself, but I've been in a number of IC chats over the years. I agree that is a lot of fun! The point is that it only works when everyone is IN on the game. :D
