Basically in dub form she's Kaley from Firefly!

Also I kinda had a crush on Zoicite in dub form (but in Japanese I prefer Malachite).

Yeah, it's unfortunate when these characters get changed in adaptations basically because of homophobia/gender stereotyping, but then at the same time some nice characters can come out the other end too. It's not like Sailor Moon was hurting for female characters or anything (or even female villain characters) but dub!Zoicite was a pretty cool take on the character.
