I don't see any evidence that points that way. It's very clear to me that the man and the woman next to him are supposed to be adults.
The thing is, can this count as a baby step when it's not even clear? Paranorman's gay character is a baby step. This? Eh.
Same with Elsa's "coming out anthem". Yeah it can be interpreted as such but unless Disney admits that's what they were going for, it's just a song that any person who felt like "letting it go" for whatever reason can identify with (like trans people identifying with Ariel, which is fantastic... doesn't mean this was Disney intent and they shouldn't get cookies for it)
What I think is bad is people taking this as proof that Disney is being pro-gay and praising them for something they didn't do.
