Voyager, I think. Definitely Voyager. Mostly because I want to see the Doctor react to everything. If A'Tuin is going to exist anywhere in the Trek verse, the Delta quadrant is probably where it'll be.

Also, I want to see Starfleet attempt to run Nobby through a species classification databank. Oooh! And Hex! Actually, Ponder would probably get on splendidly with Star Fleet engineers. Trek runs on narrative nonsenseleum just as much as the Disc, just with more technobabble involved, and if anyone could make the two systems mutually comprehensible (or enough to be going on with), it'd be Ponder.

Also, Rincewind and the Voyager crew could probably exchange notes on cruel and unusual geography best appreciated at speed ;)
