This is the third Arrow secret in a row that's been about Arrow and slash. I find that amusing. I would expect Arrow secrets to be about other things, but no, it's Arrow and slash. :)

It's actually kind of interesting that Arrow didn't become a bigger slash fandom, as decisively as Lauriver and Laurel herself was rejected from day one. The fandom kind of flailed around a bit until Felicity showed up - there even was some Queencest going on. I'm not sure why fandom didn't latch onto something like Oliver/Tommy or Oliver/Diggle instead, but the fact that Olicity pretty much ended up as the Sterek of Arrow fandom is more due to the shipping "vacuum" that existed on the show until Felicity showed up and gradually started becoming more a part of the main story (she was not originally, I understand, intended as anything more than an Easter egg for the comics fans).
