The CGI in the transformation sequence looked weird and out of place - and the animation itself was horrid and sloppy. Usagi only had two expressions, and as mentioned above, if she was shown yelling or doing anything "ugly" she was shown from behind. Tuxedo Mask showed up in public, in the middle of the day wearing his tuxedo (basically everything except the hat/mask/cape). Luna barely had anything to do.
