Yes, I literally beat Penance just yesterday, which was in my third playthrough.

Have YOU even played the game? I'm not saying that's all he does, but he definitely does it a lot. Is your issue with my use of the word "complaining"? Because that was mostly a joke. But dude it's even one of his victory stock phrases: "No time to waste, let's go!"
