I am 99.9% that Velma/Marcie is canon, and the Velma/Shaggy romance honestly makes more sense to me if you tell yourself that Velma acts the way she does because she's so far in the closet she doesn't realize there is a closet, but is trying to force herself to like Shaggy because she thinks that's what is expected of her.

I admittedly don't ship Daphne/Thorne as much, though. |D
