*shrugs* I like it or I wouldn't have mentioned it. It's beautifully shot (and OP did mention cinematography) and I personally find it to be well written. Different strokes.

Motherfucking GLEE got nominated for cinematography, and Hannibal didn't.

I mean.

As a fan of the show, I can understand why it didn't get nominations in other categories. (I personally think season two was a step back from season one, in terms of quality.)

But, Glee. Come on, now.

The critics are also all over it. Different strokes and all, but it's been pretty acclaimed.

IA I tried watching an episode after I saw all the praise about it and spent nearly the whole time rolling my eyes at how deep and artistic and back-patty it was. Couldn't understand half of what Hannibal was saying and Will was too much of a pitiable woobie for me to take him seriously. It felt like Bryan Fuller was shouting at me to congratulate him on his cleverness.
