Heh, oddly enough, Dean's the only member of Team Free Will I could see plausibly coming out as bi (definitely not gay!) and his relationships with Castiel and Sam have absolutely nothing to do with it.

He had a siren turn into a dude to attract him (though to be fair, the siren in question characterized his disguised self as Dean's ideal brother, not lover,) had a huge crush on Doctor Sexy and a self-described "gay moment" with Aaron Bass in Season 8, and has been known to eyeball guys on occasion as though he could be checking them out. Out of nine seasons, that's not a lot of evidence, which is why I'm not convinced the guy is bi or even inclined to think so particularly. I just wouldn't be all that shocked if he was.

I have no particular horse in the race, I should add. I don't ship Dean with anyone and don't particularly care what his orientation is. I'm just saying, I see marginally more evidence that it's possible for him than for Cas or Sam. So no, I guess I'm saying I don't think he's THE most heterosexual character in existence, or even the most het guy on the show, though he certainly makes a conscious effort to act like it.
