This stupid secret makes me that less inclined to leave any kind of feedback--unless it's critical, because 99% of fanfic is shit, and "authors" like this are the proof. If you want someone to hold your hand, get a therapist. If you demand feedback get an agent and a publisher. You sound incredibly annoying and entitled. Protip: if people really liked your story they would be able to articulate why.

Er, not always? I like a lot of stuff and I can't always put my finger on the specifics of why I liked it. It might be really general and vague like, "I thought it was fun" or "It made me feel happy". Some people just aren't good at figuring out what their feelings are or why they feel the way they feel, it's a bit silly to assume everyone knows how.
