I mean missing as in there is a lack of child and all the experiences that come with it. The rest of my post pretty much sums of the rest of yours, which is that maybe lacking a small human and those experiences doesn't bother you in the slightest -- or in fact may greatly please you -- and that's A-OK.

Really? I find it much less loaded than "missing", which to me implies that something is supposed to be there but isn't. "Lack" is much more neutral to me.

Which term is more loaded than which ends up sounding like the debate between "Childless" and "Childfree" to me.

(I have spent time on CF comms. I know the reasonings. I don't disagree with them either.)
