I feel like I should appreciate my job more since I supposedly get to make my own hours, but my boss is mean (as in everyone in this office has cried at least once because of her) and I tend to work when the office is closed (nights and weekends) so I get texts and phonecalls in my off hours because that's when everyone else is there. There's no sorts of boundaries (I voluntarily worked fourteen days in a row because a coworker was on vacation. the day he came back, I asked for a day off and was completely guilt tripped over it).

At the same time, I know my boss has a good heart (it's just wrapped up in evil), I volunteered to work nights, weekends, and holidays so I could get hours, and I knew what kind of work I'd be doing before I started working here.
