...in Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu, the situation is everybody is normal and nobody remembers any of the previous happenings except Kyon. Itsuki and Haruhi, in fact, don't even go to the same school anymore. Kyon tracks them both down and after Haruhi leaves Itsuki reveals to Kyon he has a crush on her. (If I remember correctly.)

I also remember something about a side-story in one of the books or in one of the short story collections Itsuki expressing that he finds Kyon attractive. My memory of that is muuuuuch hazier, though, so take both with a grain of salt.
