Nah, I think that's fine. I'm the same way, like when I'm bored on a long car ride or whatever, I just sort of lose myself in this big epic world in my head. I have all the characters are everything, and it's fun cause you can put in all the tropes or whatever you like! And then I'll like replay certain scenes over and over in my head bc I like them or I'm trying to get the staging just right.

But yeah, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Being a little distracted in real life is fine, it's just a problem if you're like actively avoiding social interaction or anything just to spend more time daydreaming, but what you're saying is totally fine imo!
