Secret selection is mostly random I think. Fucked Up Fridays are because secrets with trigger warnings usually get all posted on Friday for sorting convenience, all the really messed up shit with rape, gore, suicide, etc, will all get lumped into one batch.

I'm pretty sure case has made a snarky secret juxtaposition a few times though -- like submitting two secrets voicing radically different opinions on the exact same topic next to each other. ;)

I do think even the non-triggery, non-spoilery secrets that post on Friday are generally just weirder than average.
