Yea, it's from Prison Break. The actors name is Robert Knepper; he's great! (Though he was a twisted fuck in Prison Break, as evident by the secret.)

The one in the middle (who plays the character T-Bag, who threatens Michael on various occasions) is Robert Knepper, and the other guy is Wentworth Miller -- he's the lead actor.

Miller was just announced as being cast in the CW's The Flash series yesterday.

Huh, thanks for that news, nonny! I'm not familiar enough with The Flash to know if Miller is a good fit for Captain Cold (idek who that is, in fact), but I'll give the series a shot. It'll be nice to see him on television again.

I missed episodes as well, so I don't remember him raping Michael...but I remember him wanting to, and threatening Michael with it at least a couple times. It might've actually happened and been referenced later, but I'm not sure.

No. Sort of creepy threat-flirted a fair amount, but didn't rape him. And T-Bag's actual victims weren't as major/interesting characters.
