No. All men must have one inch of air between them at all times, and they are not allowed to make eye contact for more than a second and a half. But if they make eye contact for less than half a second, that's also queerbaiting because it looks like they might be purposely trying to avoid gazing longingly into each others eyes.

Don't you know this? Men are not like women. Men's lives are a constant struggle to resist TEH GAY.

I long for the day when it's once again normal for men to have intense, intimate friendships wherein they declare their love for one another and walk down the street with their arms linked and no one makes assumptions because they could be gay (which would be acceptable), but they could also just as easily be really great friends (which would also be acceptable).

Things are getting so bad these days, that even women can't do that, anymore.

IKR? Those darn homosexuals!

I guess ya conveniently missed the part where I said I'd like for both being gay and being involved in an intense, intimate friendship to be acceptable.

To be more clear: I want affection and emotional connection to be okay. Period. And I want assumptions not to be made simply because people don't care. In other words, I want homosexuality to be normalized, and I want intense friendship to be normalized, too.

Men's lives are a constant struggle to resist TEH GAY.

Well, that part's true. My god, have you SEEN men? We're incredibly sexy! At any given moment, I'm devoting MOST of my attention to just not fucking random dudes passing by. I can barely keep my hands off MYSELF most days.
