I tried to stick to stuff where whether or not it's imaginary isn't the twist. In Among the Sleep, for instance, it's pretty much a given from early on that not all of what you're seeing is "real"--the twist is what exactly it stands for. (Most of these games had good ideas--I really liked Lone Survivor in particular--I just feel a bit inundated.)

Edit: Okay, not the BIGGEST twist. I just reread the secret, and I repeatedly called it a twist in the secret itself. Now I feel like an idiot. I'm sorry.

Eh, a few of those are advertised with the "twist" in the game description itself.
