I hate to be the one to break this to you, but succesful manga artists, Nakamura included, definitely have a style.

She does have a distinct style. She also utterly fails at anatomy. But the part where she fails at anatomy is not part of her style, that's just her needing some extra lessons. A stylized anatomy doesn't have to look human necessarily, but the elements need to fit and you can only achieve that when you know a bit about basic anatomy.

I think her style evolved and became more and more pleasant as she progressed.

I don't know, I think the elements do fit, it just takes a little getting used to. Like it takes getting used to Naoko Takeuchi's or Yoichi Takahashi's or Masami Kurumada's art.
