Second the suggestion for an Ace bandage. You want something that fits closely enough and keeps your wrist straight, because you may be developing carpal tunnel. Make sure you have padded wrist rests for your keyboard/mouse. And take regular breaks every half hour to stretch and rotate your hands at the wrist and try these exercises:

But mostly, it's a sign you should probably cut back, or at least play in shorter sessions. Carpal tunnel is SO NOT FUN and you don't want it to get to the point where you'll need surgery.
