I never thought about it but quark did have a surprising amount of good romantic interests for someone who is kind of a weird amoral creep sometimes.

I still don't really ship them with quark tho sorry, except maybe the one from the Casablanca episode because I love that.

Quark was playing amoral creep, but everytime things got real he managed to step up to the plate. That is why he was on a Bajoran/Federation station, it was so much easier to explain away his failings at being the perfect Ferengi on having to make compromises for the Bajorans and Hew-mons than admit it was because he had a conscience underneath his act.

I did say "sometimes".

No, it's true, he had the heart of gold think going on, but he was still relatively amoral and profit- driven compared to most of the rest of the cast. Which is part of what makes him a good character

Quark had all the best gfs. Except for me. He should've dated me. Also. He should have dated Ezri.

I don't think I've gotten to all of these yet, but I admit Quark seducing Sakonna over dinner was surprisingly hot.
(I'm in the middle of my first watch-thru since it was on TV so I strongly appreciate the constant flow of DS9 secrets)
