Well, the picture is the tower of Babel so the most obvious choice is Biblical fandom. Could also be Classic Art fandom. Or maybe there is a currently airing show with those themes!

Repeating my comment from the secret:

I'm now trying to think of every fandom I know that's remotely connected to Babylon or the Tower of Babel. Tokyo Babylon? Babylon 5? Metropolis? The Dark Tower? Good Omens? Any of the shows with strong biblical elements/angels?

There should be more. I feel like I've read/seen a lot more stuff involving biblical imagery and/or Babylon references. Gargoyles, with Xanatos tower? Actually, Gargoyles has a few potential squicky pairings in. Why is there a thing in my head saying TMNT had a Tower connection?

There's also a bunch more anime. I think a lot of the Gundam series had a thing about a) themes of human disunity and b) space elevators/space colonies/massive space towers falling from the sky. Could be a gundam thing?

I think the pic is the tower of Babel. Is there a fandom with 'Babel' in the title? Or maybe it's Hitch Hikers guide and one of OP's pairing is the Babel fish.

Hitchhiker was my guess too. I can imagine a few ships in that fandom that might put people off. Anything with Vogons for one.
