We've kept in touch but ended up in very different places. None more so than myself and my old best friend. I chose a career in a cause I believe in. She chose high wages.

I'm broke and she's just moved into a million pound house in London. I should have just sold out. Fuck believing in causes.

Not sure if you'll see this now but I work in admin supporting social workers, and I'd like to thank you because you do an incredibly difficult, often thankless job. It's probably not much consolation with your financial situation but it makes me glad to see people with passion going into the field. Thanks <3
