Babby's first anime? Official art is always full of fanservice and pandering. Psycho-Pass had an official pic of the MC and the villain caressing each other. In the show MC hated the villain with a burning passion.

You're right that they do quite a lot of... risque art that is pretty OOC for some anime, but marriage artwork IS generally reserved for actual couples.
