Londo's nowhere near as roguely as Lando, though (he's downright patriotic!). That said, they're both scoundrels, in their own way.

The problem with the kinkmeme is it's for a small fandom and not very active. I'm very sad about that.

There's some John/Delenn/Lennier series with D/s elements.

Plus, there is a decent amount of Londo/G'Kar, some of it kinkier beyond the while pouch/tentacle aspect.

It's there if you look. And you don't even have to search that hard.

I once read a fun John/Delenn fic that had some alien weirdness in it (there was, like, blue stuff? I'll admit it was many years ago and I can hardly remember it). So there's some stuff out there, if you're willing to dig deep.
