I don't think it's fair to describe Moffat as trolling in this instance. Three of the actors who played the Doctor are dead, so we were obviously not going to get a guest appearance from all of them. We got footage of all of them, which is about what I'd have expected.

But Kylie's not dead and there's only one of her, so you never know..
