lol, I feel the same sense of conflict. I'm glad they're staying true to the original by not desperately trying to cover up all of the homosexuality (there's still nothing that compares to making Neptune and Uranus cousins and leaving in a lot of the lesbian subtext though) but I did kind of like girl!Zoisite all the same.

I love you OP, I literaly LOLed, and woke up my cat when I read that. I have to admit for me that is true. As bad as the dub was, I am always going to have a nostalgic, soft spot for the DiC dub's Zoicite. She was my favorite character in the dub, and when I finally got to see the sub he is still my favorite. Zoicite/Kunzite was also my first m/m ship, and are still my SM OTP.

First off, beautiful way to submit a secret, I wish this had been in the proper list.

Second, it's been a long time since I've watched the dub so I'm pretty much used to male Zoi now. I think Sailor Moon is one of those series that has enough kick ass women on both the evil and good side that it's not too bad to keep with the original canon of a male villain. His relationship with Kunzite was really sweet in the original anime too.

When they get to him in Crystal though, I WILL miss his relationship with Kunzite because if they're following the manga closer that won't happen.
