I just don't get it. She was blonde in the books. Why add that weird dark hair at the top? Obviously, it's not natural, and why would she dye it to look that way?

(Yeah, I know some people would dye their hair that way on purpose, but the Malfoys don't seem like the type to go for odd couter-cultural hair styles)

I think it was a very stupid attempt to make her look like Bellatrix
(so we can be sure that they're sisters!) without completely changing her hair color from the books.
